The master room is equipped with a King sized pillow top mattress and the second room has both a queen bed and two twins. Both rooms are very large. There's lots of room to relax in the Living, Dining, Kitchen area. And all the rooms have views of the Ocean.

The Veranda runs the length of the house and has it's own set of furniture including outdoor tables and chairs, hammock, lounger and roomy reading chairs.

The garden is large and lush, full of flowers, plants and palm trees.

The house is located on a quiet dead end road and has all the peace and serenity you could want. It is gated and walled for complete privacy.

TESTIMONIALS

Hi! I want to tell you a little about our vacation.
We just loved Casa Karina. It is truly a beautiful spot unto its own.
The people in town were friendly and accommodating. Word got out we were there!
You would think you could never get by a day without a TV, computer, radio, cell phone, or the news! But it is downright relaxing and stress free! I haven't felt that good in years. WE all felt that way.
You are fortunate to have such a lovely, peaceful place.

Kate

hola , sorry we send you an e-mail last week and we suppose that you didn't receive it. So we try again in spanish as we did.
Apprendimos que tienes padre mexicano. Entonces, vamos a practicar nuestro castellano.
Gratias Abby, Mark y Karina. Atentamente,

We learned that you have Mexican parents, so we’re going to practice our Spanish. In your home we are simply happy. In your garden, with a view of the ocean, with the flight of birds (the frigates) with the pounding of the ocean waves, we tell ourselves how fortunate we are. Joy in life!
We have found very amiable people:Bertha, Lupe, Luis and his wife, Martin and Pati and their children. Our flight was hell with our first flight being cancelled. Right away we called Lupe to cancel his trip to Vallarta (for pick up). At the end we arrived in Vallarta with just a short delay. Two days of waiting! Our luck, Bertha and Lupe were waiting for us. We arrived very tired but we revived when we saw Aticama and Casa Karina. We want to stop time which seems to fly by. I brought my painting materials and I’m certain that here I will find inspiration. For me (Claire), I think that I will not find time to see all of Aticama. We also found Donna and Bob, Carmen and David. We feel like we’re on an island, with the ocean all around. Your interior and exterior decoration is marvelous, the ambience expansive. We feel like we’re in our own home and be secure knowing we are taking care of it as if it were our own.
Thanks Abby, Mark & Karina
Sincerely,
Claire y Jean

Dear Abby

Sorry, that you haven't heard for quiet a while about our stay in
Aticama.
Oh yes, we had a wonderful time in Aticama. Your casita is really
lovely and we would be happy, to return at some point. Every second day, we
did a trip to other villages or cities. We explored Tepic, Laguna Santa
Maria and many beaches between San Blas and Puerto Vallarta. The fresh
food in town is super. Specially for us from the cold climate, getting
all that fresh fruits and vegetable was great.
After our stay, we went inland to Ajijic and later to La Manzanilla.

Now we are back in Canada and working in our greenhouses to prepare for
the spring business.

Abby, we thank you for the good time in Aticama. We hope, to return
soon.

Greetings from
Stephan and Rita Dolder

Hi Abby,

Even though it was for short time, I enjoyed the villa (casa Karina) very much. The villa is awesome, in good location, very well kept, nicely decorated, good taste, etc. thank you much for let me rented it. The info was perfect. Only the road to get to the villa, a short track is not in a good condition but I managed to drive the car all the way up and park inside. I mingle with the people around and I join them to spend a good time in Matanchen. Again thank you so much. I've talked to my friends about my trip and the villa. Some of them got very impressed and are thinking on going sometime in the future.

Happy thanksgiving.

What a great place!!! We absolutely had the best vacation of all time and are already planning on staying again. The house is wonderful the yard is beautiful and what a great location. The beach is pristine and not crowded at all. The town is great and the people are all very nice. Remember to get dinner from the Chicken Lady at the bottom of the hill. San Blas is a fun city to visit and have a cocktail at the San Blas Social Club. The drive from the airport was great and we were impressed at how good the roads are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and wonderful vacation. I can't wait to go back!!!
